This is more an update of sorts. Remember
the Barn Swallow nest that was built just outside our back stoop? Here are the babies, still tiny...yet filling up the nest quite nicely. You can see the little fuzz tufts on their heads.
Also, remember
the Killdeer photo? Here are the resulting eggs from that pair. Aren't they lovely? I came across them while doing my daily walking around our property. The mama, in true Killdeer fashion, tried her best to lure me away. I just took this quick photo and continued on with my walk, taking care to walk in a different area next trip around. Can't wait to see these babies. :)
